Able to swim up to two lengths as a minimum
Able to do this using front crawl and backstroke
Able to complete one length using breaststroke and butterfly

Monday 2nd June (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 9th June (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 16th June (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 23rd June (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 30th June (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 7th July (6:00 – 6:45)
Monday 14th July (6:00 – 6:45)
Awards
Swimmers will follow a medals system as they progress through their groups. Medals will be presented to swimmers following successful completion of the appropriate benchmark.
